Who we are

Benz Mini Apps (“we”, “us”) is an independent software studio. This policy covers this website. Each of our products (PopcornMems, FamilyMontage, Familimovie) has its own privacy policy on its own site, covering the data it processes.

What we collect here

• Nothing by default. Browsing this site requires no account and sets no tracking cookies.
• Tips. If you leave a tip, your payment details go directly to our payment processor, Braintree (a PayPal service). We never see or store your card number. We receive only a transaction reference and the amount.

Payments

Tip payments are processed by Braintree under their own legal terms. We do not store payment credentials, and tips create no account or subscription with us.

Your rights

Since this site collects no personal data and creates no accounts, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete. Payment records live with Braintree/PayPal and are subject to their data policies; payment questions or disputes go through your payment provider (your card issuer or PayPal).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
