This website presents Benz Mini Apps, an independent software studio, and its products. Each product (PopcornMems, FamilyMontage, Familimovie) is governed by the terms published on its own site.

Tips

• Tips are voluntary, one-time payments. They are not a purchase: leaving a tip creates no account, no subscription, and no entitlement to any product, feature or service.
• Tips are processed by Braintree (a PayPal service) between $1 and $500 USD.
• Because a tip is a gift, it is non-refundable. If you tipped by mistake, raise it through your payment provider (your card issuer or PayPal) — we don’t contest good-faith disputes on mistaken tips.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, probe its payment endpoints, or use stolen payment methods. We report payment fraud to our processor.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benz Mini Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
